Show Notes

In July 2021, I moved to Playa del Carmen, Mexico because it was "somewhere new, and a timezone where I can run my business easily".

[Context: I serve mostly US/ Canada clients in my subscription-based outsourcing company - www.proximityoutsourcing.com.]

Plus, I was in a new relationship and I wanted a "fresh start".

That relationship quickly ended though, and I was stuck with a 90-day lease. I decided to ride it out because we prepaid for rent and I ended up writing the best love story ever: living in Playa del Carmen.

In this podcast episode, I hung out with fellow expat and entrepreneur Max Royale, and we talked about the things we love about living in Playa del Carmen.

Being away from US, the people, speaking a new language every day, the fresh, organic, hormone-free food, the bright turquoise waters, over 300 days of sun, the walking culture, and the right balance of entrepreneurial hustle and wellness biohacking.

Grab a cup of coffee, tea, and get comfy. Let us tell you about this home we love so much.
