Eric is a digital marketing strategist who supports two families in Peru and USA, and is open about sharing his tips on frugality and money management on social media. His recent post about budgeting a $1500 a month budget in Texas got mixed reactions from people, and it led me to find him and pick his brain on the topic of frugality. 

(Now, while that budget seems like a lot in some countries, in the USA many will consider this on the lower end.)
